The European Master in Law of Tours

The European Master in Law of the University of Tours (Master Juriste européen) was created in 1989 by Professor Claude Blumann. Its purpose is to train jurists specialised in European Law by showing them a broad vision of the European Union, its institutions and the legal disciplines it harbours.

The Legal Clinic of European Law of the University of Tours (CJDE) created in 2015 usefully complements the Master training by allowing the students to apply their knowledge in the service of enterprises, associations or individuals. This practical law teaching contributes to the students’ professionalisation.

Deeply involved in their Master studies and eager to share their knowledge, the students have been entertaining a website since 2017 on which they publish articles they write about various European questions. Embark with them for a “Tours d’Europe’.
